UK Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For: Proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver. Delivery in two to three working days including Saturdays.
UK Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For:Aim to deliver next working day, including Saturdays Proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver.
Royal Mail International Standard: Delivery to Europe in 3 to 5 working days. Not Tracked. Use at your own risk!
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed: All our Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days. Super Safe!
Royal Mail International Economy: We aim to deliver your mail to: Western Europe in up to 2 weeks, Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks North America in up to 6 weeks, South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks Australia in up to 12 weeks  Not trackable, not insured. Use at your own risk!
Click & Collect: RISOTTO is based in sunny Glasgow, so if you would prefer to collect your items that’s fine by us! Just be sure to drop us a wee e-mail to arrange a time beforehand -

Oh no! Please let us know if you haven’t received your order after 10 working days. Sometimes packages take a wee bit longer than the above estimates.  

We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. If you are not then please get in touch. You must return the order to us, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get an exchange or refund. Any returned items will be refunded immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided. We will only replace with the same item. We are unable to refund on any personalised items as it will not be possible for us to restock these. This excludes damaged items. If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it. We do our best to photograph and present our products digitally for you to browse them as accurately as possible. The risograph's spot colours cannot be replicated on screen (especially the fluorescent inks) so please keep this in mind when selecting items.
